Margolis Building

In 2005 the PAD partnership was incorporated into Brook Finch Developments Ltd. Brook Finch’s innovative approach includes the Strata office scheme `The Margolis Building.’ This impressive development is set over eight floors, incorporating four listed buildings and a contemporary new build core in the heart of the Northern Quarter Manchester.
