Margolis Building
In 2005 the PAD partnership was incorporated into Brook Finch Developments Ltd. Brook Finch’s innovative approach includes the Strata office scheme `The Margolis Building’. This impressive development is set over eight floors, incorporating four listed buildings and a contemporary new build core in the heart of the Northern Quarter Manchester.
Westbrook Villas is a development of 12nr new family homes in Chorlton-cum-Hardy, Manchester. Four of the new dwellings are within the footprint of the old Masonic Lodge and are behind the retained front façade which was restored to its former glory. The remaining 8nr properties are contemporary in style whilst complimenting the Lodge. This project was completed in December 2015.
